The fine print

Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy a promotion package from Devex Marketing ("we", "us"), operated by Kash Media LLC. By checking out you agree to them.

What you buy

You buy a set number of guaranteed views on short-form and, for some packages, long-form content about your Roblox game, posted on accounts in the Devex network. The number of views is shown before you pay and on your receipt.

The view guarantee

• We count views on the posts we make about your game, across all platforms in the campaign.
• If the views come in slower than expected, we keep making and posting content about your game until the total is reached.
• Delivery times on the site are estimates, not deadlines.
• We do not guarantee players, revenue, rankings, likes, follows or any result inside your game.
• We never use bought, fake or bot views.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or legal guardian complete the purchase and agree to these terms.

Games we accept

We review every game before your payment is taken. We may decline any game, including games that are not playable, break Roblox rules, copy other games, or are not suitable for a young audience. If we decline, your payment hold is released and you are not charged.

Content

• We decide how your game is shown, edited and captioned, using the notes you give us as a guide.
• Every paid post is labeled as a paid partnership or ad using each platform's tools.
• We own the videos we make. You may share links to them. Ask us before re-uploading them yourself.
• You confirm you have the right to promote the game you submit.

Platforms

YouTube, TikTok and Instagram control their own apps. If a platform removes or limits a post for reasons outside our control, we make new content to keep working toward your guaranteed total.

Limits

Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you check out is the one that applies to your order.

Refund policy

• Before we accept your game: card payments are only held, not charged. If we decline your game, or you ask us to cancel before we accept it, the hold is released and you pay nothing.
• PayPal and Venmo: these are charged right away. If we decline your game, we refund you in full.
• After we accept and start work: because content production starts right away, orders are not refundable once accepted, except where we cannot deliver your guaranteed views. If that happens we refund the share of views not delivered.
• To request a cancellation or refund, email kashus0324@gmail.com with the email you used at checkout.

Privacy

What we collect

• What you type into the order form: your game link, email, name or studio, and notes.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages you send to the AI chat, which are processed by Anthropic to write replies.
• Basic technical data from our hosting provider, Cloudflare, such as IP address, used for security and rate limits.

How we use it

Only to deliver your order, contact you about it, prevent abuse and keep records required by law. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for up to 180 days in our site storage, and longer in Stripe or PayPal as their own rules and tax law require.

Your choices

Children

Our site is not for buyers under 18 unless a parent or guardian completes the purchase.
